Robokit: Imply® makes another donation of a Robotics Educational Kit

Last Thursday afternoon, October 16th, 2008, Imply and UNISC made a donation of one Robokit to the CAPSIA institution – Center of Psychosocial Attention to Children and Teens, in Santa Cruz do Sul.

There, besides the donation of the Robokit, were presented several pedagogical activities that can be created with the equipment.

CAPSIA is a public service of psychosocial attention and care to children and teens, mentally impaired. The institution will employ the Robokit in therapeutic workshops of electronics and robotics, with the aim of stimulating social integration by supporting young people in their efforts to search autonomy by encouraging the learning and discovery. With these activities, CAPSIA believes that young people will be able to create new ambitions for their future, allowing greater sucess opportunities for their studies and professional career.
